By downloading or using Deeeeep ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Deeeeep is a quiet idle game for iOS. The App displays a continuously increasing Depth value that progresses over time, including while the App is closed. All data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Deeeeep are the property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Privacy

Deeeeep does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
