Deeeeep does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

1. Data Storage

All data in Deeeeep is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This includes your Depth value, timestamps, and app settings. No data is stored on external servers.

2. No Tracking

Deeeeep contains no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any form of user identification. The App does not connect to the internet.

3. No Network Access

Deeeeep operates entirely offline. The App makes no network requests of any kind. There is no server, no API, no cloud component.

4. Data Deletion

You can reset all data within the App using Settings > Reset Progress. Deleting the App from your device will also remove all stored data. There is no backup or sync — once deleted, the data is gone.

5. Children's Privacy

Deeeeep does not collect any data from any user, including children. The App is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content.

6. App Store Privacy Label

Deeeeep declares "Data Not Collected" on the App Store. This accurately reflects the App's behavior.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. The core commitment — collecting nothing — will not change.
